We will not give out any information without your knowledge.
Your name and birthday (optionally excluding year of birth depending on facebook settings) is made available to other members to whom you are connected on Facebook. Zuno will never provide email addresses to any outside company, including advertisers. Your name will appear on any email delivery by Zuno of a card that you are sending another Zuno user or sending to a non-Zuno user.
We will use your name so that we can personalize your experience with us. We will use your email address to send you cards from other Zuno members and to contact you from time to time. If you do not want to receive cards by email, you may opt out of email delivery by clicking the link in the email message to which the card is attached. We will also use your email address for security reasons to confirm that you are who you say you are. We may use your gender to enhance our content offerings.
We also collect other data, which may include your IP address and what browser you are using. Internal Service Providers for Our Operations
We may use third parties that we refer to as internal service providers to facilitate or outsource one or more aspects of the business, product and service operations that we provide to you (e.g., search technology, email support) and therefore we may provide some of your personal information directly to these internal service providers. These internal service providers are subject to confidentiality agreements with us and other legal restrictions that prohibit their use of the information we provide them for any other purpose except to facilitate the specific outsourced Zuno related operation, unless you have explicitly agreed or given your prior permission to them for additional uses.
In some instances, the internal service provider may collect information directly from you (such as for Zuno surveys). In these cases, you will be notified of the involvement of the internal service provider, and all additional information you provide them and their additional uses will be strictly up to you. If you provide additional information to an internal service provider directly, then their use of your personal information is governed by their applicable privacy policy.
