    • How do I change my email address? You can change your email address by doing the following:
    1. If not already - click here to sign in, enter your email address and password.
    2. Select Account Settings from the My Zuno pull down menu.
    Change the email address listed and click submit and you‘re done!     How do I change my registered name or birthday? 1. I’m sorry, currently there is no way to change your name. Enter the event name and date and click save!

    • What is Flash? Flash is multimedia software that allows cartoon animations, such as the animations in our greeting cards, to be available over the internet. It is a free program that is available for both PCs and Macs, as well as other computer systems such as Linux. Flash is developed and distributed by Adobe, one of the largest and most respected software companies in the world. What is Flash 10? Like most software programs, Flash is frequently upgraded, and Adobe releases new versions of Flash every year or two. Flash is always backwards compatible, meaning that newer versions of Flash can view older animations, but the reverse is not true. If you have a version of Flash that is 8 or lower, you will not be able to view Flash 9 cards. How much does Flash cost? Nothing. It is absolutely free and can be downloaded here: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ Can I still view the site using older versions of Flash? Unfortunately not, Flash 10 has been introduced across the entire library of Zuno greetings.     • How do I send a greeting? 1. If not already - click here to sign in, enter your email address and password.
    2. Click Send a Greeting.
    3. Select a greeting you like and click Customize.
    4. On the following page write your message, click Add Recipients and select the date you want the card sent, then click Preview
    5.If you like what you see click Save or to make a change click Edit     How do I view/change/delete a greeting I have sent or scheduled to be sent? 1. If not already - click here to sign in, enter your email address and password.
    2. Click on My Zuno tab.
    3. Use the pull-down menu to select All Greetings, Scheduled Greetings or Sent Greetings
    4. Click Edit, Preview or Delete beside the greeting in question.
